Luis Adauto and his wife consistently produce a wonderfully fruity and crisp coffee that highlights the potential of the Poço Fundo micro-region. It is, in fact, a naturally-processed coffee that is oftentimes more “Harrar-like” than a Harrar. Incredibly sweet and aromatic with a touch of brandy in the finish.
