A pioneering organic coffee producer and former Cup of Excellence winner, Carlos Sergio Sanglard has firmly established his Serra do Bone farm as home to some of Brazil’s greatest coffees. Bordered by the Serra do Brigadeiro State Park, the diverse flora and fauna combined with the privileged microclimate of Araponga create a complex yet delicate coffee, with lime peel and floral fragrance, medium body, and a complex flavor that brings a buttery texture to sweet and savory fruit.
