It’s Simple: We love Brazil, and we love Brazilian coffee.
For over 15 years we have worked directly with some of Brazil’s top coffee growers to source best-of-harvest coffees. Each year we taste hundreds of coffees to find those that perfectly fit our blends as well as microlots that present a unique drinking experience from a specific terroir. We import the coffees ourselves to Austin, Texas, where they are meticulously roasted fresh-to-order in small batches, with each batch tasted and tested before it is sent on its way.
